Founded by a small group of industry veterans from queer, trans, and BIPOC communities, Flourish grew out of a shared commitment to helping Seattle-area nonprofits and small businesses access affordable, high-quality technology and information security services.

We recognized that many mission-driven organizations face growing cybersecurity risks without the resources or specialized expertise available to larger institutions. Intergovernmental tensions, AI-enabled cybercrime and surveillance, and the increasing frequency and scale of public data breaches can create real and tangible harms for the communities our clients serve.

Flourish helps organizations navigate these risks by auditing, designing, building, testing, and maintaining durable and resilient infrastructure. Our goal is to give smaller organizations the systems, security, and operational capacity they need to protect their work and continue serving their communities.
